Job Description
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts and establishing and implementing project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. This position is also responsible for tracking key project milestones and assisting Program Manager(s) in partnering with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise. This position manages multiple large, complex projects with greater impact to the enterprise. This position will support a cross-functional digital product team and partner with stakeholders to manage and communicate the product roadmap for an enterprise platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
The Project Manager II will operate in a hybrid project environment, blending both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies as appropriate to deliver digital products. The ability to flex between frameworks, and collaborate with a large Scrum team is essential. This position manages multiple large, complex features with greater impact to the enterprise.

How You'll Spend Your Time
• You will work with IT partners and leaders across the bank.
• You will manage the weekly/monthly reporting process and helps prepare information deliverables for the Project Management Office regarding progress toward project milestones.
• You will create, accept and assesses status reports, change requests, schedule modifications or plans as required including quality assurance test plans and quality assurance testing, and requirements documentation to ensure project progression.
• You will manage/participate in ongoing integration efforts.
• You will drive the product roadmap for an enterprise platform, managing scope, prioritization, and delivery timelines in partnership with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• You will act as a liaison between large Scrum teams and business/product leadership to ensure collaboration, alignment, and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
• You will champion best practices from both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, helping the team adopt hybrid approaches where needed to maximize value delivery.
• You will monitor dependencies and risks across multiple work streams and proactively drive resolution in a dynamic, fast-paced digital environment.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field of study with an IT focus and 7-10 years of directly related experience in Information Technology project management or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in financial services industry is preferred.
• Preference: PMP (Project Management Professional).
• Experience managing projects in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment, preferably in digital or enterprise platform contexts.
• Demonstrated experience supporting product roadmaps and collaborating with large Scrum teams.
• Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist are a plus.
