Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the product vision and strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor landscapes.
Product Development:
- Work closely with development teams, providing clear and detailed product requirements.
- Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact.
- Act as the point of contact for all product-related queries during the development lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication between design, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Conduct regular sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
Hands-On Approach:
- Dive into the details, be hands-on, and proactively address challenges that arise during development.
- Demonstrate a strong technical understanding to effectively communicate with the development team.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the delivered product meets high-quality standards and aligns with the defined acceptance criteria.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee a seamless user experience.
User Experience:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing product interfaces.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
Performs other duties as assigned.
You must have at least the following:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
· Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a SaaS environment
· Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
· Tech savvy
It would be great if you have:
· MBA or advanced degree

· Occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office machines, etc.
· Prolonged periods of being stationary at a desk and working on a computer
· Communicating with others to exchange information via typing
· Must have close-range clarity of vision with or without corrective lens
· Ability to simultaneously address multiple complex problems; Multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy, able to perform duties from multiple sources
· Interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers, clients, and vendors and under adverse circumstances
· Must maintain regular attendance and be punctual
· Must be able to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
