Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will support projects in all aspects. This includes coordinating resources, scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and communicating with stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Customer Success Director to eliminate blockers.
- Prepare and distribute project-related reports and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and minutes.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Ensure all projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.

- Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control.
