As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Supervisor/Manager to lead our manufacturing assembly operations.


πŸ› οΈ Position Overview

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing and assembly operations at Onfloor Technologies, as well as facility operations. This role involves planning and managing production activities, supervising assembly staff, and ensuring timely completion of customer orders with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency. Experience with QuickBooks Manufacturing Edition or similar ERP/MRP platforms is required, as it is the primary tool we use for production management, work orders, and inventory control. However, we provide training for new hires.

πŸ”Ή Supervise and coordinate all aspects of Onfloor’s manufacturing and assembly operations.

πŸ”Ή Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery deadlines and customer demand.

πŸ”Ή Utilize QuickBooks Manufacturing Edition to manage work orders, track production progress, and maintain accurate inventory records.

πŸ”Ή Ensure adherence to production schedules, resolving any issues that could impact timelines or quality.

πŸ”Ή Oversee material requisitions and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure adequate inventory levels.

πŸ”Ή Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure all Onfloor equipment meets our high-quality benchmarks.

πŸ”Ή Manage, train, and support assembly team members, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

πŸ”Ή Collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales, Customer Service, and Shipping teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

πŸ”Ή Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

πŸ”Ή Continuously evaluate production processes, identifying and implementing efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

πŸ”Ή Maintain accurate reports on production output, efficiency, quality, and inventory status.



βœ… Qualifications

βœ”οΈ 3+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Production Manager, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing assembly environment.

βœ”οΈ Proficiency in QuickBooks Manufacturing Edition, including BOM (Bill of Materials) management, work order creation, and production planning.

βœ”οΈ Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or equipment manufacturing is highly desirable.

βœ”οΈ Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a small team.

βœ”οΈ Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and lean production principles.

βœ”οΈ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

βœ”οΈ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
