The Team You Will Join In this role, you'll lead a team to enhance our billing and payment delivery methods. We're re-engineering processes to offer customers multiple billing choices for ease of benefit administration. The teams goal is to equip our operations staff with the necessary tools for effective billing customer service. How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead -Prioritizes, defines, and shapes the work for the agile team
- Create -Accurate, unambiguous acceptance criteria to minimize risk
- Oversee- Backlog of well-refined work items for the team
- Manage - Ensures we are delivering business value through tracking of metrics and outcomes
- Develop - Strategic roadmap for delivery of key capabilities
- Coordinate-With Scrum Masters, Product Manager, IT Manager and Business owners
- Bachelors degree required
- Proven leadership skills, have past experience of leading teams
- Self- Starter
- Handle multiple initiatives
- Capability to implement data-driven decisions and utilize business insight to determine direction.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)
- Suggested 3-5 of years of experience in agile delivery in product owner role or a similar role.
