Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $19.57 - $29.38/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

**This position is remote/work from home. You need to reside in the Central or Eastern timezone. If in Atlanta, the role will be hybrid.**

The role of Product Marketing Specialist II is responsible for supporting the launch, enhancement, and adoption of select go-to-market brands, products and solutions. You will support Product Marketing Managers in the development and execution of insightful product positioning, compelling value propositions, dynamic multi-channel campaigns and compelling content – both sales enablement and client-facing – at all stages of the product lifecycle to help achieve our businesses revenue goals. This role will help lead collaboration with our stakeholder teams including Sales Operations and Enablement, Market Research and Intelligence, and our partner teams within Marketing, including Brand, Events, Thought Leadership, Field, Key Account, Communications, Digital and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in helping to craft targeted marketing efforts and sales enablement content that address key customer pain points and clearly communicate our products ability to solve them.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively contribute to elevating the Manheim client experience in the Marketplace to drive engagement and success for our clients by delivering purposeful product marketing campaigns
  • Support the execution and reporting of client-facing omni-channel product marketing campaigns (launches, enhancements, lead generation, adoption etc.) through deep collaboration with Product Marketing owners and stakeholder teams.
  • Oversee and execute sales enablement content strategy and content management, enabling our sales and auction teams to deliver compelling product value to current and prospective clients to achieve business goals.
  • Serve as the Product Marketing representative with our Sales stakeholder teams to ensure alignment with core product value props and positioning in sales enablement deliverables such as training, playbooks, talk tracks etc.
  • Version and deliver product marketing content to our various stakeholder teams and external agencies for things like major events, thought leadership and auction activations.
  • Lead external agency partners in the execution, launch and updating of product marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials.
  • Gather competitor intel, customer and sales feedback, internal data and insights, etc. to identify customer needs and market opportunities and to better inform how we can best position our products and deliver the most impactful sales enablement deliverables.

Who You Are

Minimum

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years’ experience in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing field.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills – both spoken and written – to successfully work with multiple teams and departments across the business
  • Polished presentation skills, with ability to influence partners and engage with various levels within the organization.
  • Highly detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through, time management, and project management skills focused on delivering business results.
  • Proactively collaborates with intent, asks questions, makes suggestions, volunteers assistance, offers resources and removes obstacles to continually learn and grow and help the team achieve goals.
  • Client-first mindset – focused on delivering solutions that drive value and solve pain points.
  • Analytical mindset to review, analyze and act on data and information to determine solutions.
  • Ability to respond to day-to-day operational priorities while still making progress on core project work that drives revenue and market/customer needs.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a sales-driven, fast-paced and competitive B2B organization preferred.

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
