Job Description:

As a Principal Technical Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and architecting technical solutions within the Professional Services org, by establishing the technical foundation required to deliver integration, data feeds and other assets.. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product & Engineering, Support, Sales and Customer Success to align customer needs with GTM offerings.

Who you’re committed to being:

  • Architect Workato iPaaS for development of ProServ integrations, data feeds and other automations.

  • Establish technical credibility in the sales cycle and collaborate with Sales to drive adoption of ProServ technical services.

  • Lead technical projects to integrate with various LMS, HRIS and other customer systems.

What you’ll do:

  • Document and mandate best practices for the use of Workato within ProServ.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product/Engineering teams to drive innovation of integration-focused offerings.

  • Identify bottlenecks, suggest solutions, and drive teams to implement solutions.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g. Integrations, software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).

  • 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and/or Professional Services.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with iPaaS solutions such as Workato, Tray.io, Boomi or similar technologies.

  • 5+ years of experience operating in a pre-sales environment leading discovery discussions.

  • 5+ years of experience developing custom solution proposals and driving buy-in with customers.

  • In-depth knowledge of API technologies such as REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.

  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical customer audiences.

  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.

  • Experience with data analytics using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL.

  • Experience integrating with ERPs, HRIS and LMS/LXP platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

Travel Requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. The annual US base salary range for this role is $145,500 - $179,900 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
