Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our Payments product portfolio, an essential function that sits at the intersection of technology, finance, and customer experience. We’re looking for a visionary leader with deep expertise in payments who can transform complex challenges into seamless, secure, and scalable solutions that deliver real value to our customers.

As the driving force behind our payments products, you'll play a key role in shaping the strategy, development, and optimization of our payments infrastructure. This is a pivotal position for someone who understands the intricacies of large-scale payment systems and can lead a team to create differentiated solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Define the product vision and strategy for our Payments platform, aligning it with the overall product roadmap and company goals.

  • Engage with customers to deeply understand their payment processing workflows, pain points, and needs, translating those insights into innovative product features and enhancements.

  • Develop and enhance core payment functionalities, including payment gateways, transaction optimization, fraud prevention, and security protocols.

  • Represent ServiceTitan as a thought leader in payments, both internally and externally, including customer engagements, industry forums, and our online community.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives, from ideation through to market launch.

  • Monitor and drive product adoption, working with product marketing and go-to-market teams to create impactful launch strategies and ensure customer success.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, ensuring our payment solutions not only meet but exceed market expectations in performance, security, and compliance.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in product management, ideally focused on payments or financial services.

  • Deep expertise in payment systems, including payment gateways, merchant acquiring, fraud prevention, security, and transaction processing.

  • Proven ability to translate business and customer requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly payment solutions.

  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of payment processing technology and financial software ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex products on time and within scope.

  • Experience working in agile environments, driving product development through methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills—you can articulate complex payment concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives.

  • Experience with cloud computing or SaaS platforms is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
