What we do
We’re looking for an experienced, high bandwidth Product Manager who excels at both strategy and operational aspects of the role. The first assignment will be Kentik Cloud. Kentik Cloud provides customers the ability to observe their public and hybrid cloud environments, and understand how the network impacts user experience, application performance, costs, and security. It shows a unified end-to-end network view to, from, and across public clouds, the internet, and on-premises infrastructures. It supports all major public cloud environments, and provides details on path, performance, traffic, connectivity type, and associated costs. A newer module, Kentik Kube, takes eBPF and other telemetry to show all of the above in Kubernetes environments. You will drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery of the Kentik Cloud product. Our ideal candidate is an extraordinary cross functional leader, yet still hands-on technical across the modern tech stack, and has demonstrated experience in delivering highly successful SaaS products/platforms.
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery of the Kentik Cloud and Kentik Kube products, with an emphasis on compressed timelines and rapid time to market
- Work closely with Engineering & Design to plan, build and deliver these products to market
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support to make the business of your product successful
- Act as a leader within the company and be a role model for the company culture
What you'll bring

- 7+ years of growing B2B enterprise products, with a proven track record of producing numbers
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud providers, such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Strong foundational level understanding of core networking technologies like routing, switching, and firewalling
- Ability to balance the conceptualization of strategic initiatives with fast and iterative execution
- Enthusiastic and clear communication skills to evangelize with customers and energize our teams
Nice to haves:
- Proven track record of launching a brand new product and driving it to meaningful revenue numbers
- Product experience with physical and logical network device telemetry, particularly around cloud infrastructure and cloud-native network stacks and approaches (policy, automation)
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes environments

Our compensation philosophy encompasses a fair program for all in order to attract, engage and retain talented individuals who will drive our business and wow our customers.
The compensation range for this position is: $197,000 - $266,500. This range reflects the low and high end of the U.S. compensation range Kentik reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role. The actual compensation offered may be lower or higher than the stated range depending on various factors, including but not limited to:
- Experience with the skill sets required for success
- Demonstrated competencies and potential
- A geographic market-based approach
