As a Principal of Cyber Risk Reporting, you will be responsible for leading the development of comprehensive reports and narratives around FCB’s cyber risk posture as well as collaborating with subject matter experts across the bank in order to drive effective risk reporting and decision-making at the executive level.
This critical individual contributor role within the Enterprise Cyber Security Office (ECSO) Risk Reporting organization is responsible for taking a leading role in coordinating, developing, enhancing, and managing reports presented to Management and Board Committees; overseeing and supporting metric and reporting activities and deadlines; and maintaining, organizing, and gathering reporting and metric related information.
The ideal candidate has substantial experience leading a cyber risk reporting function and creating visual and impactful Board/Executive presentations at a Large Financial Institution.
Responsibilities
- Report Identification – Determines cyber risk reporting needs and develops strategies to achieve company and department goals.
- Report Development – Develops executive reports for Management and Board Committees.
- Report Process Management – Provides expert support for risk reporting activities by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to continuously improve risk reporting processes. Handles escalated matters that arise during daily operations, providing guidance to lower level business analysts and leading workflow.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Risk Reporting or Risk Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Risk Reporting or Risk Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant experience designing and delivering management and board reports at a Large Financial Institution
- Substantial 1st, 2nd, or 3rd line experience in Risk Management or Cybersecurity
- Exceptional at gathering and analyzing data/information to present clear, actionable insights to senior management and executives
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Independent and highly motivated individual
- Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills to confidently interact at all levels of the organization
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Ability to provide in-depth analysis of complex problems and quickly make decisions
- Must be able to meet deadlines and drive others to provide timely updates necessary for effective risk reporting

The base pay for this position is generally between $158,000 and $274,000 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
