Position Information Position Title Post-Doc Research Associate Job Description The University of Tulsa’s Mechanical Engineering Department has one opening for a non-tenure track Post-Doctoral Research Associate for the TU Erosion/Corrosion Research projects. The position will perform CFD simulations, write codes, develop models, and supervise and analyze experimental data. Candidate will be expected to be involved with advising students, proposal writing and project management. Required Qualifications Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong background in fluids, must be able to utilize ANSYS fluently and be able to write UDF for CFD simulations; Must be capable of conducting CFD simulation of multiphase flow (including gas-liquid simulations); must be familiar with VBA programming (or be willing to learn it effectively). Candidate must have excellent English writing skills and publication background; must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
