The PMA plays a critical role in supporting review and finalization of features for this very fast paced and demanding ART as this supports all aspects of reporting such as client specific reporting, ATP reports, Ops Reporting, Online Reports via GSSP MetLink, MetAnalytics Dashboard and even HRIS Integrations.
The PMA supports the PM in determining priority including fostering collaboration amongst teams (within same ART) as well as cross ART features that require work to deliver actual business value to customers/stakeholders
The PMA role also supports the review of Solution Train Capabilities and determining associated features that need to be developed
The PMA partners with the RTE to ensure appropriate data hygiene exists by making sure the features and user stories have updated status which lead to necessary data elements needed to track team velocity, flow metrics, etc.
Due to the large number of teams, the PMA assists the Product Manager to meet with external customers and account teams to de-escalate concerns and identify interim solutions to meet customer needs. This includes gathering continuous feedback which is then used to refine and improve the features, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of the organization
Without the PMA, the number of moving features and prioritization would not be as precise due to sheer volume of features that are within the backlog for each PI
The PMA supports the extrapolation of key metrics associated to intake volumes, turnaround times and backlog metrics which are evaluated and discussed in portfolio sync and ExCo meetings
