We’re looking for a People & Talent Associate to support and elevate our talent acquisition efforts while also contributing to key people initiatives like onboarding, HR administration, and employee experience programs. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract top talent, streamline onboarding, and support people-first programs across the organization.


This is a perfect opportunity for someone who’s early in their HR/People career, has some recruiting experience, and is excited to grow into a well-rounded People Ops professional.


What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition (60%)

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles across the organization, such as IT Support, Project Management, or Administration
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective job descriptions
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback loops
  • Source passive candidates and support employer branding efforts to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Help build consistent, inclusive, and scalable hiring practices

People Operations (40%)

  • Coordinate onboarding to ensure new hires are welcomed, equipped, and integrated effectively
  • Support administrative HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and data integrity in HR systems
  • Assist with offboarding, internal transitions, and process documentation
  • Contribute to People team initiatives like engagement surveys, internal communications, and learning/development programming
  • Help document and improve internal people processes, policies, and tools

Location & Travel

  • Open to fully remote candidates, with a preference for those based in Tulsa, OK or Dallas, TX
  • Occasional travel for team meetups, onboarding, or company events may be requested
Who You Are
  • 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR coordination, or people operations role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
  • Passionate about building great candidate and employee experiences
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and collaborating across teams
  • Proficient with (or quick to learn) ATS, HRIS, and collaboration tools, such as Google, Slack, Justworks, Confluence and BambooHR

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience hiring for technical roles such as help desk, system/network engineers or similar
  • Familiarity with IT industry roles and terminology
  • Experience supporting a distributed workforce or remote onboarding
