People Analytics Manager
What's the role?
The People Analytics Manager will lead the HR Reporting & People Analytics team in supporting Human Resources information systems maintenance, reporting & analytics products and insights, and global and local people analytics initiatives. The People Analytics Manager supports data quality and governance, drives data-drive decision-making, and provides exceptional customer service. This position will partner with the business on the development and enhancement of high quality, efficient, and automated products, analysis, and infrastructure to deliver high quality insights. This role will act as the Regional Workday technical subject matter expert and the Regional Reporting & Analytics owner and will serve as the liaison between local and global HR, finance & business teams to influence and share creative solutions on key projects where technology enhancements, analytics, integrations, and opportunities are identified. This role will contribute to a shared services delivery model where project(s) are expected to deliver significant benefits in terms of efficiency, insights, and employee experience.

What does the role involve?
- Lead and develops the People Analytics Team to drive process excellence and People Analytics.
- Lead team that collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Consults with global counterparts and HR Shared Services leadership team to improve efficiencies and solution problems.
- Leads team to partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COE), and HR Business Partners to design and build products, tools, and methodologies that deliver solutions and insights. Partners across multiple levels of leadership, including Director and Executive level.
- Partners with the global People analytics team to align with systems and support building and maintenance of global dashboards.
- Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations to senior leadership for policies and activities to improve organizational culture, retention, recruitment, and other related initiatives.
- Ascertain business and process needs and identify clear initiatives to meet requirements; focus on opportunities rather than problems by challenging existing processes and exploring new solutions.
- Collaborate with other HR departments, HR Partners, and HR Shared Services leadership to continually improve and resolve data management, and proactively suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs.
- Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to enhance HR-relevant reporting and analytics with comprehensive data and support business-wide initiatives and needs.
- Lead the team to ensure proper HRIS governance, maintenance, and configuration.
- Champion data quality and impact to senior HR and company leaders.

What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Analytics or related field required. Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum five (5) years related professional experience with HR systems and analytics, related systems experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience, required.
- Experience with data visualization software (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.), required.
- Lean and Six Sigma experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel, R & SQL and familiarity with business intelligence tools, preferred
- Workday experience, preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR software solutions, data management, analysis, and processes
- Demonstrated leadership in defining cross functional requirements and leading initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically; take a hands-on approach with a technical aptitude
- Demonstrates strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent detail orientation and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills to all external/internal customers, peer groups, and senior leadership
- Ability to effectively collaborate across many varied groups locally and globally to achieve the goals of the organization while maintaining a service-oriented approach.
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
