Position Summary: The Payroll Accounting Specialist works with the Manager of Payroll Accounting and Reporting and partnered vendors to ensure all insurance account reconciliations are completed in a timely manner, including billing and administering health insurance deductions for non-twelve month employees. The positions assists with journal entries, posting entries to the general ledger, and posting payrolls. Ensures garnishments files are up to date and reported.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration; equivalent experience in lieu of education
Experience:
• Three (3) years accounting or payroll experience
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
o Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
