Job Description

Primarily responsible for reconciling Federal Reserve statement balances against files submitted by the Bank for posting and relies on understanding of ACH, BOKF, Federal Reserve and EPN standards & process requirements to audit and identify any potential issues with daily statements. Utilizes BOK payment systems to support the work performed by internal processing teams and ensures processing is clearly documented and updated accurately.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will perform daily audits from the internal reconciliation system and the system that sends files to the FED and FIS for posting.
  • You will identify items that don’t balance and research items “held” to determine next steps in order to get the item to clear.
  • You will create entries to move outstanding GL entries or DDA customers when needed.
  • You will report any out-of-balance conditions to management timely.
  • You will maintain awareness of Risk and Controls to ensure reconciling is in compliance.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2-3 year of related experience working in Banking Operations, Accounting, or a related field. Prior exposure to and understanding of general accounting principles preferred. Thorough knowledge of related Fed and NACHA regulations and general accounting principles and practices preferred.
