Position Summary
The Eligibility Consultant is responsible to research and validate enrollment information, process enrollment & disenrollment transactions, make outbound calls to members to obtain required enrollment/disenrollment information, handle member inquires and participate in enrollment/disenrollment projects. The Eligibility Consultant will support training initiatives and work to resolve member inquires or concerns.

Required Qualifications

•Meet Monthly Quality & Production Metrics at a team level: Critical quality 98.5%
•Personal errors from the OMT, avoidable rejections, and found errors will be monitored by your supervisor. Consistent repetitive errors in these categories can lead to corrective action if no improvement is made.
•Participate in cross training on various products and platforms to ensure Enrollment metrics are met
•Meet Departmental attendance expectations of 5 occurrences or less
•Own development plan throughout the year and complete scheduled activities and/or trainings
•Follow established processes and workflows for each department task
•Complete required mandatory trainings by required timeframes



Preferred Qualifications

•1+ year Previous experience with CMS Medicare policies & systems including MaRx & CMS elections

•Effective organization skills and attention to detail.
•Maintain great working relationships with sound judgment and responsibility.
•Effective communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•Demonstrated problem solving skills

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
