Job Description:
The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role focuses on executing paid media strategies, ensuring cohesive implementation across all social media and programmatic platforms, and analyzing data for insights and optimizations.
The ideal candidate has experience managing paid media, a strong understanding of relevant metrics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with content creators and other marketing team members.

What you’ll do:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, The Trade Desk, and YouTube.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
Manage budgets and bids for media ad placements across all channels, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting strategies, creatives, and audience segmentation for improved campaign performance.
Track, analyze, and report on key media metrics for paid efforts.
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to inform future strategies and optimizations.
Work closely with internal creative teams/designers and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive execution of media strategies.
Coordinate with the broader marketing team to align media activities with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
Identify and understand target audience segments to tailor media strategies and content.
Stay updated on the latest media trends, tools, and best practices.
Implement new tactics and strategies to keep the brand relevant and competitive in the media landscape.

Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on paid social or programmatic campaigns.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,200 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
