Working closely with managers across the line of business, you'll assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Administrative Officer to ensure training initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and consistently applied across all teams.
  • Design and lead the delivery of comprehensive training solutions using a blended learning approach, including classroom sessions, e-learning modules, coaching, and experiential learning.
  • Regularly research emerging industry trends, new technologies, and innovative training techniques to continuously update the training curriculum.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, tracking costs, and analyzing outcomes, adjusting efforts for greater impact.
  • Lead the instruction of functional, tactical, and leadership development programs, maximizing employee performance, retention, and overall growth.
  • Work closely with departmental representatives to identify specific training needs, tailoring programs to support both employee development and company objectives.
  • Present training using a variety of instructional materials, including handouts, audiovisual aids, and digital platforms.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness, costs, and other key metrics of training programs.
  • Stay informed of company changes and operational developments, updating the curriculum to reflect new processes and procedures as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to company safety policies and maintain certifications in First Aid and CPR, administering them when necessary.
  • Provide mentorship within the team, supporting others in their growth and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of all training initiatives.
  • Stay current on trends in learning and development, particularly in adult learning techniques and instructional design.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training and development, with a focus on adult learning techniques or instructional design, is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development software, audiovisual tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License with a good driving record, and pass the State of Oklahoma criminal background check.
  • Ability to work with a diverse population and maintain compliance with Goodwill's Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent activities such as talking, hearing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and using hand/finger dexterity.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds.
