Position: Oil & Gas Paralegal
Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Oil & Gas Paralegal to join their team!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Handle state and federal court filings efficiently
- Draft documents and file motions accurately
- Communicate with clients and court staff effectively
- Manage procedural rules for all filings
- Assist attorneys in daily case management tasks
- Organize and maintain case files and databases
- Prepare documents for discovery production and court filings
- Research land records and mineral rights
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in handling court filings
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in energy, oil & gas litigation
- Familiarity with land and well file investigations
- Knowledge of procedural rules of court
