The Member Engagement Specialist at the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce (BACC) is responsible for developing meaningful relationships with Chamber members, discovering their unique needs and guiding them to underutilized benefits and engagement opportunities. Through ongoing interactions and feedback, this position also provides critical insight to the EVP and Chamber leadership team to inform programming, improve member value and enhance retention. This role plays a key part in achieving fiscal year-end retention goals and strengthening the Chamber’s long-term relevance to its members.
