Position: Marketing Assistant

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Marketing Assistant to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining clear communication. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to manage data, create reports, and maintain records

  • Organize and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines effectively

  • Proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity

  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate seamless operations

  • Handle digital filing, data entry, and document organization

  • Process print orders and coordinate logistics

  • Conduct research to support business operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading capabilities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with digital filing and data entry

  • Familiarity with print order processing

  • Proficiency in Canva for document creation and design

  • Previous experience in vendor communication and coordination

  • Strong research capabilities to support decision-making
