What we do

As the Revenue Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our go-to-market teams for our highly technical enterprise SaaS product. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, RevOps and other GTM teams to develop and execute enablement to empower our sales, customer success, and support teams. You will bridge the gaps between complex product knowledge, value messaging, and practical sales execution, enabling teams to engage with buyers confidently and consistently.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of scalable training programs and materials, manage key enablement initiatives, and utilize data-driven insights to measure impact and drive continuous optimization. Your work will directly influence sales productivity, ramp time, and deal velocity, all while ensuring our teams are aligned, informed, and ready to deliver on our GTM strategy. If you’re a scrappy, experienced instructional designer with strong project management skills, sales experience, and a passion for empowering teams with the right knowledge and tools, this role is for you.

What you'll do

Enablement Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive enablement strategies that enhance sales effectiveness, reduce ramp time, and improve deal velocity
- Design and manage scalable programs focused on onboarding, continuous education, sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger), product knowledge, and competitive positioning
- Lead the planning and rollout of enablement initiatives aligned with GTM priorities, product releases, and strategic messaging updates


Cross-Functional Leadership & Project Management
- Drive cross-functional alignment and coordination across Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure timely execution of the enablement calendar, supporting the on-time delivery of GTM initiatives and product launches
- Lead complex projects with detailed timelines and deliverables, applying best project management practices (e.g., Asana, Notion, Salesforce) to track progress and maintain accountability
- Partner with product marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure technical accuracy in all enablement conten,t while maintaining alignment with strategic goals and providing seamless communication across teams


Training, Content, & Learning Experience
- Work directly with Product Marketing to translate raw content and sales strategy into consumable sales tools and enablement assets.
- Design and deliver engaging, role-specific training programs for Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Support teams, incorporating a mix of live sessions, self-paced modules, and certifications.
- Design and maintain high-impact content, such as sales playbooks, demo guides, objection handling scripts, and competitive insights, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Oversee content governance within the enablement tech stack to ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and easy to access.

Enablement Operations, Analytics & Optimization
- Define and track key success metrics across enablement programs, such as sales productivity, content engagement, and certification completion, to continuously optimize for greater impact.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Analytics teams to evaluate program effectiveness, identify gaps, and iterate on strategies based on measurable outcomes.
- Manage the enablement tech stack (e.g., Highspot, Mindtickle, Gong, Salesforce, Notion), ensuring seamless integration and user experience for all tools.

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, revenue, or product enablement, with a proven track record of designing and leading large-scale initiatives that drive performance and deliver measurable business impact across Enterprise Sales and GTM teams
  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message) and experience applying them in scalable enablement programs
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and delivery across teams
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and translate them into actionable, clear insights for sales and customer-facing teams
  • Experience designing engaging training programs and certification frameworks, with a focus on practical application and team readiness
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing outcomes and driving initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable leading live training sessions and virtual enablement initiatives for distributed teams
  • Proficient in key enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Mindtickle, Gong, Salesforce), and familiar with sales intelligence and learning tech platforms
  • Experience leveraging data analytics to track performance, optimize training programs, and drive continual improvement across enablement initiatives.

Our compensation philosophy encompasses a fair program for all in order to attract, engage and retain talented individuals who will drive our business and wow our customers.

The compensation range for this position is: $150,000 - $180,000. This range reflects the low and high end of the U.S. compensation range Kentik reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role. The actual compensation offered may be lower or higher than the stated range depending on various factors, including but not limited to:

  • Experience with the skill sets required for success
  • Demonstrated competencies and potential
  • A geographic market-based approach
