Position: Manager of Enterprise Data and Business intelligence
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manager of Enterprise Data and Business Intelligence to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and shape the organization's data management and analytics initiatives. In this role, the individual will drive the development and implementation of data strategies that align with business goals, oversee a high-performing team, and ensure the organization's data tools and systems are optimized for actionable insights and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the enterprise-level data management, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee data governance practices, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Provide leadership to a high-performing team, guiding them in the delivery of data-driven solutions.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate data processes with business objectives.
• Monitor and address data-related challenges, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Drive the introduction and stewardship of an enterprise data group and program.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• College degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years of senior enterprise-level leadership experience in data and analytics.
• Strong technical proficiency in data management and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to align data strategies with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• College degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or Data Analytics.
• 10 years of experience with data modeling, metadata, data dictionary, and related technologies.
• Experience with Customer Master Data Management (MDM) software tools.
• Familiarity with business intelligence technologies such as SQL Server, Synapse, Databricks, and Power BI.
Other Information:
• The role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams is critical for success.
• The candidate should be adaptable to an evolving technology landscape.
Tis is a fully onsite position in Tulsa, Oklahoma with relocation assistance available.
