We are seeking a skilled mid-senior level Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in power generation and/or power plant design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in reviewing and optimizing technical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate mechanical designs for power generation systems, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine engineering solutions that meet project specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during all phases of the design process, from concept to implementation.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot design issues, proposing innovative solutions to enhance performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure designs are current and compliant.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers in technical and professional development.

Qualifications

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 4-12+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in power generation or power plant design.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science.
  • Proficiency in Revit and/or other related software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a registered Professional Engineer
