**Location: Tulsa, OK. This is an onsite position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK**

Join our dynamic team as we seek an experienced Level 2 IT Technician to complement our roster of skilled IT professionals. In this position, you will work closely with some of our largest and most complex clients, using your technical skills to solve their biggest problems and open up their biggest opportunities.


This is a foundational team member opportunity in Tulsa, and you will be one of the first five team members in Tulsa, forging a path for the company and your career as we grow this office to over 100 team members in the coming years.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • You will work on a wide variety of issues across multiple platforms, systems, and environments; provide or research the solution escalating to higher tier where necessary.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and in person, setting clear expectations and providing technical support and solutions in accordance with best practices, and company defined policies and deadlines.
  • Remotely troubleshoot issues relating to hardware and software (typically Mac OS, Apple, Google for Work, Cisco Meraki, Dropbox etc.)
  • Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.
  • Implement and maintain operational documentation and procedures.

This is a full time, salary position for a Level 2 IT Technician who will be responsible for leading and executing multiple projects for our clients. Your skills will include:


  • Technical documentation writing, knowledge base articles, instructions for internal use.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as this is a client facing role.
  • Core Technologies: Microsoft 365 - Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive, InTune.
  • Experience Microsoft Azure-based products, including Virtual Desktops.
  • New Network Setups and Upgrades - including Sonicwall, Meraki and Cisco Small Business Switches.
  • Coordinate and/or perform remote fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
  • First line help desk; resolve level 2-3 issues in a Mac OS and Windows environments
  • Connectwise Command or similar RMM products.
  • IT Glue experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in MDM technology and endpoint management is essential - specifically InTune and JAMF
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, focusing on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Works well under pressure
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
