Duties: Design interactive voice response (IVR) flows and new IVR applications and integration based on business need. Create test transactions, test, debug and deploy IVR applications, and troubleshoot and resolve production problems in IVR applications. Conduct analysis or organizational needs and goals to develop and implement application systems. Monitor operating efficiency of existing application systems, review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing for a large-scale system, and maintain records to document program development and revisions. Provide technical support to vendor resources.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience as a Software Developer or related occupation performing IVR application development using Nuance Voice Recognition, Eclipse and Java development with web services and database integration. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement not applicable to this section) -- must possess the following: providing technical support to vendor resources, applying knowledge SAFE agile methodology and performing JAVA development, including web service and database integrations.

The wage range for applicants for this position is $128,302.00 to $194,100.00. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
