RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Secure leaseholds in identified prospect areas utilizing field brokers and title attorneys.
2. Monitor existing leaseholds for upcoming expirations and help formulate monetization plans.
3. Negotiate surface damages agreements for well locations such as pipeline right-of-ways.
4. Negotiate, review and draft trade contracts including farmouts, joint operating agreements, and participation agreements.
5. Perform regulatory and municipality hearings and filings.
6. Mentor less experienced professionals assigned to a common project as needed.
7. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.
