The impact you'll make:


  • Develop and Implement Scripts: Create and execute scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Groovy) to automate data migration, streamline workflows, and validate data integrity.
  • Jira Administration: Manage Jira configurations, including workflows, permissions, fields, and customizations, to align with business needs and project requirements.
  • Migration Management: Analyze existing Jira data and processes, design migration strategies, and ensure the successful transition of data and configurations to the target environment.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during the migration process and ensure minimal downtime


Technology Stack:



Python, JavaScript, Groovy

Jira, Jira Cloud, Atlassian tools.


What you'll bring to us:


  • 5+ years of experience in scripting and software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or similar languages).
  • Strong expertise in Jira administration, including workflows, schemes, and project configurations.
  • Proven experience with Jira migration projects, ideally involving Jira Cloud or other Atlassian tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira REST APIs for integration and automation.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools like Confluence and Bitbucket, and their integration with Jira.
  • Experience with database querying and handling (SQL or equivalent).
