Job Summary:
The IT Training Specialist IV is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering educational materials that help team members enhance their IT systems and technical skills.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Information Security, and Project Management office to identify, prioritize, and develop training strategy and content.
- Partner with IT and L&D leaders to create structured learning paths and instructional materials for technical training programs.
- Develop a knowledge base with engaging e-learning modules, training manuals, video tutorials, and interactive exercises.
- Apply adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials.
- Design quizzes, tests, and practical exercises to measure learning outcomes.
- Partner with Learning and Development to update the learning management systems (LMS), multimedia tools, and software like Adobe Captivate to enhance training delivery.
- Update content based on industry trends, technological advancements, and learner feedback.
- Participate in the learning and development council to ensure alignment of L&D services across the enterprise.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of Six years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or e-learning content creation.
- Extensive Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL, and Microsoft O365 suite including Microsoft Windows 11, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Video, Teams, OneDrive.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Enterprise Resources Planning software
- Expert level knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and Synthesia video tools or similar e-learning tools.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, programming languages, and software development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting. However, there may be meetings in the manufacturing facility and may be exposed to:
