About the Role:

We’re looking for an IT Manager to oversee our cloud-based IT infrastructure, manage our helpdesk, and support future physical spaces for care providers. Collaborate with department leaders to recommend and implement IT solutions that advance organizational goals.
IT Security & Compliance
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices, including HIPAA compliance and data protection protocols.
Support risk management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning to protect systems and maintain operational resilience.
Communication & Documentation
Translate technical information into clear, actionable steps for non-technical teams.
Maintain thorough documentation for IT processes, policies, and guidelines to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.
Why We Are Excited About You:
Experience: 4-5 years of IT management or related experience, ideally in digital health, tech, or startup environments.
Tools & Technologies: Expertise in Mac systems, in-depth knowledge of MDM solutions (JAMF) Okta (IAM and SSO), and SaaS-based apps Jira Cloud, Slack, 1Password, and Google Workspace). Familiarity with Cloudflare or AWS preferred.
Project Management: Proven track record in implementing new systems, scaling solutions, and improving IT processes.
Security Expertise: Knowledge of IT security principles, including access control, encryption, and HIPAA compliance.
Certifications: Apple Certified Mac Technician, CompTIA A+, Network+, Jamf 100-200, or similar credentials preferred.

Compensation Philosophy:
At Brightline we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $77,000-$121,000.
