
Inside Sales Administrator

As an Inside Sales Administrator for International Financial, you will drive revenue by pro-actively engaging prospective dealers nationwide. You'll understand their needs, present solutions, develop accounts, and close deals through research and effective communication. You'll also nurture existing accounts, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements, while staying updated on industry knowledge and collaborating with marketing.

Navistar Financial Company (NFC) is the captive finance company for International Motors, LLC* and the provider of InternationalTM Financial services.
Responsibilities
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
- Closes new accounts by answering telephone and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information into Salesforce CRM tool and credit systems.
- Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history and generates leads leveraging OEM order board.
- Maintains customer communication by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems in credit applications, funding
- Maintains and improves customer records and recommends improved policies and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new financing product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Handles both outbound and Inbound customer calling.
- Collaborates with marketing in various campaigns.
- In field visits may be required. (Travel less than 10%)
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
OR
- At least 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
