Tulsa, OK, USA Req #682 Tuesday, October 22, 2024JOB SUMMARY: As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, ensuring that our workflows align with best practices in healthcare operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Analysis: Collaborate with business units to analyze existing processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for automation.
- RPA Development: Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to workflows, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of automated processes, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Support and Maintenance: Monitor deployed RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and other stakeholders to align automation initiatives with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption and integration of automated solutions.
- Reporting and Metrics: Develop metrics and reporting tools to measure the impact of automation initiatives on efficiency and process improvements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a related data engineering or data analytics role is required.
