Job Description

The HRIS Analyst is primarily responsible for daily support, reporting, training, and maintenance of BOK Financial HR systems - Core, Time & Attendance, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Community systems. HRIS Analyst will update and maintain employee records, research and resolve user support tickets, provide system training to HR department or learning admins, recommend process improvement, and assist with special projects and other HR Operations duties as needed.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will support UKG and SuccessFactors systems, handle reports and updates, troubleshoot tickets, perform audits, and collaborate to improve processes.
  • You will support the Learning Management System, assist with training needs, maintain data, document best practices, and collaborate on new features.
  • You will support CyberGrants by planning and executing UW campaigns, providing system administration, generating reports, and implementing new features with HRIS consultants.
  • You will collaborate with data consultants to utilize Power BI reports, assist in testing and auditing, and provide Adhoc reports using UKG and SuccessFactors.
  • You will assist with HR Operations and special projects, using project management skills to handle tasks and assignments.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or a technology related discipline with 2-4 years of related HR or systems experience. Preferred: Ideal candidate will have experience in UKG-Ultipro, SuccessFactors, CyberGrants, Cognos, and/or Power BI.

  • Working knowledge of Human Resource systems, or equivalent experience with user support and managing system processes and data.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and follow documented processes.
  • Very well organized, high attention to detail, logical problem solving and must be able to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Strong desire to understand HR concepts and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel required which includes vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Able to work under pressure, cope well with changing priorities and effectively manage multiple work streams.
  • Must be able to work independently or collaboratively and cooperative in a team environment.
