Position Information Position Title HR IT Administrator Job Description We are seeking a highly capable IT analyst to manage and optimize TU’s Human Capital Management (HCM) software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our HCM systems, providing technical support, and driving HR process improvements through system enhancements.

Responsibilities: ● Oversee the IT tasks for implementation to a new HCM platform, IT administration and maintenance of our HCM software, ensuring system reliability and data integrity. ● Serve as the primary point of contact for IT related HCM system-related inquiries and user support. ● Collaborate with IT and HR teams to configure, customize, and develop interfaces needed for the HCM system to meet organizational needs. ● Manage user access and permissions and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. ● Conduct regular system audits, data clean-up activities, and generate analytical reports from the HCM system. ● Facilitate the integration of new HR systems and tools and participate in HR system projects and initiatives. ● Partner with HR to develop and provide training and documentation for HR staff and end-users on system functionalities. ● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology. Required Qualifications Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR system administration or a similar role. ● Proficiency with cloud based HCM platforms and HR process designs. ● Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. ● Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. ● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
