Full Job Description: Healing Centered Advocate (Early Childhood)

Grade: Hourly 16 | H-16

Tulsa Public Schools’ existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service. Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
• Associate's degree in social work, psychology, human development, or related field or equivalent work experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred in social work, psychology, human development, or related field

Experience:
• Two (2) years related case management, social work, or family advocacy
• Two 2 years working with clients that are affected by issues including neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, and mental health
• Experience working with a diverse population of students and families

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:
• Knowledgeable in childhood adverse experiences and trauma-informed practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
