Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan is actively seeking a results-driven Group Product Manager to lead our Scheduling & Capacity team of product managers, encompassing both core and Pro Products. The Scheduling & Capacity team aims to deliver automatic, scalable experiences that empower contractors to easily and effectively match technician availability to customer demand in order to meet their business objectives. This role is crucial to our operations, as our capacity engine touches products and experiences across the ServiceTitan ecosystem, and Scheduling Pro is a key piece of our Pro Product portfolio and contributor to overall business growth.

As the Leader for our Scheduling & Capacity product ecosystem, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive and flexible experiences that not only enable job scheduling but also provide our customers with insights and automation to ensure they book the right jobs at the right time to maximize their business results. You'll be tasked with guiding product initiatives from their starting point to their market launch, ensuring they meet market needs and provide real benefits to our customers. This role offers a unique chance to use industry best practices and your own creativity to improve the experience for our customers and enhance multiple ServiceTitan's offerings.

What you'll do:

  • Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for our Scheduling & Capacity products (both core and Pro Products) that power experiences across ServiceTitan – optimizing job bookings, and streamlining interactions between contractors and their end-customers.

  • Focus on the end-to-end customer experience, working with cross-functional teams to build cohesive experiences that drive business success

  • Engage closely with our customers to understand their current processes and needs, and translate those into product capabilities.

  • Promote a culture that prioritizes customer outcomes and ease of use, fostering a team-wide commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences

  • Define, evaluate, and obsess over key performance metrics to improve product quality and customer sentiment at scale

  • Drive success and adoption of your products by partnering closely with product marketing, sales, support, and GTM teams in creating internal and external launch plans

  • Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer and prospect meetings, and on our online community.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of product managers

What you’ll need:

  • 10+ years relevant work experience, at least 5 years in a product management role, preferably with a focus on B2B SaaS products

  • Strong technical acumen and deep customer empathy with experience delivering intuitive customer experiences

  • Ability to gather and transform business requirements and market needs into a successful product vision

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  • Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences with demonstrated experience engaging, influencing, and leading cross-functional teams

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and a track record of delivering high quality products on time

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities

  • 4-year degree from a top university, related graduate degree preferred
