Role Value Proposition

Responsible for daily administration and policy support for Group Billing and Remittance. Processes transactions timely and maintains accurate policy records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs intermediate level clerical duties requiring some analysis and individual judgment. Consults with supervisor on complex problems.
  • Maintains data in the administrative systems; troubleshoots and corrects data issues. Works various transaction error reports and queues.
  • Processes financial transactions by SLA including: allocations, withdrawals, loans, fund transfers, reinstatements and 1035 exchanges.
  • Processes demographic, beneficiary, ownership and assignment changes, return mail and completes other miscellaneous participant level updates.
  • Follows up on items found not in good order and completes required mail backs.
  • Completes participant level enrollments and reenrollments for contributory products.
  • May perform ancillary support functions.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

  • High School Diploma and 1-3 years business experience.
  • Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
