What you can expect
Zoom is seeking a Global Lead, Talent Acquisition Enablement to drive our Global TA Operations team's initiatives and strategy. This leader will oversee critical functions including training delivery, resource management, and communications to enable the success of our global TA organization.
About the Team
We support Zoom’s overall business strategy by supporting the needs of our most important resource, our people. We help teams identify, hire, onboard, develop, reward, and continually improve the employee experience for all Zoomies.
Responsibilities

Lead and develop enablement strategies for the global TA organization
Design and implement training programs for recruiting teams, hiring managers and interviewers
Create frameworks for consistent communication and knowledge sharing
Drive process improvements and best practices

Own content development and delivery
Partner with subject-matter experts to create impactful learning materials
Ensure resources remain current, accessible and engaging
Measure and analyze effectiveness of enablement initiatives

Build and maintain strategic partnerships
Collaborate with PX Operations, Global Mobility, Total Rewards, Legal and other key stakeholders
Serve as the primary process SME for the Recruiting organization
Guide global recruiting processes related to tools and workflows, system implementation, and process optimization.
What we're looking for
5 or more years of talent acquisition experience
5 or more years leading learning/enablement programs
Proven track record developing training content, communications and resources
Experience building cross-functional partnerships globally
Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Adaptable mindset and comfort with rapid change
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading TA enablement at a high-growth tech company

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97,600.00Maximum:
$225,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
