Your Role: As a General Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, leading a talented team of sales professionals and account managers. Your leadership will drive revenue, develop strong client relationships, and ensure our operational excellence is second to none. You will not only be managing but inspiring, coaching, and cultivating success among your team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team to achieve stellar sales results.
- Guide and cultivate a top-performing operations team to maximize client retention.
- Take charge of the City Wide Facility Solutions budget and its forecasting! You'll analyze financial reports each month to ensure we're making the most of our resources and maximizing returns..
- Manage financial outcomes, oversee expenses, and optimize Independent Contractor (IC) margins.
- Maintain strong client relationships and achieve a retention rate above 90%—because we believe in forging lasting partnerships!
- Foster relations with vendors and ICs to ensure the highest service standards.
- Drive sales initiatives and cross-selling opportunities, turning leads into loyal clients.
- Conduct regular building inspections to ensure quality control and maintain accurate client data in our CRM.
- Guide team development through regular reviews and constructive feedback.
- Engage with your team in the field weekly to create a cohesive and driven environment.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, B2B sales and operations with a proven history of sales growth and have the desire to do it again.
- Experience leading an operations team.
- Experience leading a sales team.
- Experience as a General Manager preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales workforce with strong accountability for results and achievement of sales goals.
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Ability to inspire others, command respect and confidence at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a leader with grit who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical sales, operational and financial initiatives.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development in a growth model
- Extraordinary organizational skills – ability to prioritize assignments and projects in an efficient and timely manner.
- Attention to detail; know when to roll-up your sleeves and when to leverage help from others.

Compensation
- $90,000 base salary+ (Bonuses + Commissions)
- OTE $130,000+
- $600 per month mileage reimbursement
- Retirement IRA, matching up to 3%
