As a Financial Analyst specializing in modeling and process improvement, you will play a critical role in enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around financial modeling, analysis, and the implementation of process improvements to drive strategic decision-making and optimizebusiness processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintaincomplex financial models to analyze historical data, forecast future trends, and support decision-making processes. Utilize advanced statistical techniques and financial software to build accurateand dynamic models that simulate various scenarios and outcomes. Perform sensitivity analyses and stress testing to assess the impact of different variables on financial performance.
- Process Improvement:Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in financial processes and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Conductreviews and audits of existing processes to identifyareas for optimization and automation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate key findings, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of process improvements and financial strategies.
- Strategic Planning and Decision Support: Collaboratewith stakeholders to assess the financial feasibility of new projects and initiatives. Provide decision support through scenario analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacityto translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, process improvement, and data analysis.
- Proficiencyin financial software and tools such as Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, and EPMsystems.
