As a key member of their organization, you will be responsible for driving customizations and enhancements within the Epicor environment, utilizing your expertise in C#, Business Activity Queries (BAQ's), and Business Process Management (BPM's) to elevate the system’s capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Customization and Development:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of customizations within the Epicor ERP system.
- Utilize C# programming language for tailored solutions that meet specific business requirements
- Develop and optimize Business Activity Queries (BAQ's) to extract and analyze data efficiently.
- Design and implement dashboards to provide actionable insights for end-users and management.
- Design and deploy Business Process Management (BPM) solutions to automate and streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and implement effective BPM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Epicor with other business systems and applications.
- Ensure seamless data flow and integration points meet business needs.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of customizations.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions.
- Provide training to end-users on new customizations and enhancements.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user inquiries and optimize system utilization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Epicor Tools Consultant, specializing in customizations using C#, BAQ's, and BPM's.
- Strong proficiency in C# programming language.
- Experience in BAQ and dashboard creation.
- In-depth knowledge of BPM design and implementation within the Epicor framework.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Epicor ERP or relevant systems is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
