Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Epicor ERP systems to drive the optimization and enhancement of their business processes. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to ensure that the Epicor system effectively supports their manufacturing operations, financial processes, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design solutions, and implement improvements that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Epicor System Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Epicor ERP-related issues, including system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Lead the implementation and upgrade of Epicor modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Business Process Analysis:
    • Analyze and document current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the Epicor system.
    • Develop and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Manage and execute Epicor-related projects from inception through completion, including scope definition, resource planning, and timeline management.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and integration.
  • User Training and Support:
    • Design and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their proficiency with Epicor applications and processes.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address user issues and system challenges.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Epicor system and across integrated platforms.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure that Epicor system configurations and processes comply with industry regulations and quality standards relevant to medical device manufacturing.
    • Stay current with regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively address compliance issues.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Epicor Certified Consultant) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Epicor ERP systems, including significant experience with configuration, customization, and integration.
    • Demonstrated experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Excellent project management abilities, including experience leading complex ERP projects.
    • Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
