They utilize Epicor’s Eclipse ERP system to streamline their operations and enhance efficiency. They are looking for a talented Eclipse ERP Admin/Developer to manage and develop their Eclipse ERP system to meet their business needs.
Position Overview: As an Eclipse ERP Admin/Developer, you will play a critical role in customizing, developing, and optimizing the Eclipse ERP system. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining custom code, web integrations, API integrations, and handling complex programming tasks. Your work will ensure that the ERP system supports their business processes effectively and integrates seamlessly with other systems.

Position Overview: As an Eclipse ERP Admin/Developer, you will play a critical role in customizing, developing, and optimizing the Eclipse ERP system. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining custom code, web integrations, API integrations, and handling complex programming tasks. Your work will ensure that the ERP system supports their business processes effectively and integrates seamlessly with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Custom Code Development:
- Develop, test, and deploy custom code and modifications to enhance and tailor the Epicor Eclipse ERP system to meet specific business requirements.
- Create and maintain ATP (Available-to-Promise) code to optimize inventory and order management processes.
- API and Web Integrations:
- Design, develop, and manage API integrations to connect Eclipse ERP with other systems, applications, and third-party services.
- Implement and maintain web integrations to ensure smooth and effective data exchange between Eclipse ERP and external platforms.
- Custom Programming:
- Utilize Pick Universe or Unidata for custom programming and data manipulation tasks as required by business needs.
- Handle complex programming tasks to support various business processes and system functionalities.
- Mass Loads and Data Management:
- Perform mass data loads to update or migrate large volumes of data within the Eclipse ERP system.
- Manage and configure control files to ensure accurate and efficient data processing.
- Branch and Control File Management:
- Add and configure new branches within the Eclipse ERP system as the business expands.
- Develop and maintain control files to manage system configurations and ensure proper system operation.
- Integrations and Web Grouping:
- Develop and manage integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between Eclipse ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Configure and manage web grouping features to facilitate efficient data access and user interactions.
- Support and Documentation:
- Provide technical support for ERP-related issues and assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation for custom code, integrations, and system configurations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and best practices for Epicor Eclipse ERP.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP system, including custom code development, API integrations, and web integrations.
- Proficiency in Pick Universe or Unidata programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of ERP system configurations, data management, and integration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with mass data loads and managing control files is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications or training in Epicor Eclipse ERP or related technologies is a plus.
