Job Title: Epic RTE/Prelude Analyst

Client Overview:
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Epic RTE/Prelude Analyst to join their Patient Access team. This role will involve supporting the expansion of their Community Connect program, which includes adding new clinics and hospitals to their network.

Position Summary:
The Epic RTE/Prelude Analyst will work as part of a collaborative team of Patient Access Analysts to support and enhance the Epic RTE and Prelude modules. This position requires expertise in system builds, data management, and the optimization of registration workflows, along with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and configure Epic RTE and Prelude modules to support Patient Access workflows.
  • Perform data pulls, searches, extraction, and updates.
  • Manage benefits filing, term replacement, and new alert configurations.
  • Build and maintain registration workflows and map insurance plans.
  • Automate processes and queries within the RTE module.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless integration of system updates and improvements.
  • Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
  • Epic Certification in RTE and Prelude.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience building and configuring Epic RTE and Prelude modules.
  • Expertise in RTE automation, registration workflows, plan mapping, and query chaining.
  • Proven experience with data management tasks, including extraction, updates, and term replacements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY.
  • The position requires working during Central Time (CT) business hours.
