Our client is looking to hire an Epic OpTime Analyst to join their team for a full time and fully remote opportunity.

Project Overview:
This role focuses on adding new Community Connect clients, hospitals, and clinics while supporting several key initiatives:
  • Expanding and developing additional operating rooms (OpTime).
Key Qualifications:
  • Epic Certification: At least 3 years as a Certified Epic OpTime Analyst, with deep expertise in all aspects of OpTime.
  • Preferred Certifications: Anesthesia certification is a significant bonus.
  • Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with OpTime implementations and Community Connect is highly desirable.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in standard OpTime builds, including:
    • Pre-op, intra-op, and post-op workflows.
    • OR block scheduling and management.
    • Navigators, smartforms, and preference cards.
    • Supply chain integration and patient movement tracking.
  • Process Improvement: Proven ability to collaborate with surgical leadership to drive improvements in block utilization, turnaround times, and overall operational efficiency.

  • Work Hours: Must align with CT time zone hours.
