Our client is looking to hire an Epic OpTime Analyst to join their team for a full time and fully remote opportunity.

- Expanding and developing additional operating rooms (OpTime).
- Epic Certification: At least 3 years as a Certified Epic OpTime Analyst, with deep expertise in all aspects of OpTime.
- Preferred Certifications: Anesthesia certification is a significant bonus.
- Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with OpTime implementations and Community Connect is highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in standard OpTime builds, including:
- Pre-op, intra-op, and post-op workflows.
- OR block scheduling and management.
- Navigators, smartforms, and preference cards.
- Supply chain integration and patient movement tracking.
- Process Improvement: Proven ability to collaborate with surgical leadership to drive improvements in block utilization, turnaround times, and overall operational efficiency.
