Our client is currently seeking to add an Epic Cadence/Referrals Analyst to their group of 5 Patient Access Analysts as part of their growth initiative.
The team currently supports two Community Connect clients and is expanding to include additional clients, both clinics and hospitals.
The ideal candidate will focus on these Community Connect clients, and experience with implementing Community Connect clients (both clinics and hospitals) is highly desirable. Weekly meetings are held to review projects and tickets, ensuring alignment across the team.
Essentials:
- Epic Certified in Cadence and Referrals with at least 4 years of build experience
- Expertise in scheduling workflows, referral builds, decision tree builds, and Community Connect
- Experience building HOPD and Ambulatory departments and workflows, including online MyChart, WQs, SLA, auto-assign, tables, navigators, confirmations, etc.
