---EHR Trainer
Essential Duties:
- Instruct training program for new and established team members through onsite training, remote assistance or webinar review.
- Provide onsite and remote support to new team members and established team members as indicated.
- Review, evaluate, and test new software. Implement approved process flows with team members.
- Assist in the development of documentation to assist with the software training program.
- Assists users to identify software and procedural requirements.
- Assist analyst teams with new office onboarding, office workflow reviews and helpdesk processes as needed.
- Maintain excellent customer service while working with physicians and team members.
- Ensures that the software functions efficiently on a daily basis and remains in safe functioning condition.
- Stays abreast of leading-edge information technology, communications and healthcare software applications.
Job Requirements
---Qualifications:
Required Education: Associate's degree in information systems, business or technical field, AND:
- 3 years progressively responsible experience in information systems. Health care setting preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Standard Office Environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of electronic medical record processes, problem identification, medical data processing practice.
- Skilled with critical thinking and the ability to solve critical problems, coordinate simultaneous efforts, recover from data loss, speed up development, improve program efficiencies.
- Ability to be oriented to end-user support needs across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and oral.
