Summary:Â The role of the Lister is to research, list, photograph, and provide attractive descriptions of jewelry and various items on the E-Commerce website. Lister has great attention to detail and the ability to creatively market items to maximize their value.

Essential Job Functions:
- Lists all items accurately with comprehensive and grammatically correct descriptions.
- Researches specialty items to ensure proper and creative descriptions to maximize their exposure and value.
- Follows all posting procedures to assign a listing number and place in proper storage location to easily find for shipping.Â
- Properly photographs each item with a digital camera to market and depict the accuracy to online bidders.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to address questions, concerns, and issues about the items listed.
- Follow all policies and procedures established by Goodwill Industries for E-Commerce website.
- Meets or exceeds the daily listing production goals.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
- Maintains a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a positive manner with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Sort, evaluate, and identify items to be sold on the E-Commerce website.
- Prepare items for shipment ensuring accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of jewelry and collectibles.
- Experience in E-Commerce is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using a digital camera.
- Attention to detail.
- Creative writing skill
Working Conditions:
Works in warehouse area.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach.
- Must be able to lift over 40 pounds.
