As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation of door and windows products for our valued customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand installation requirements and project timelines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to determine the scope of work.
  • Measure and cut materials with precision to ensure proper fit and alignment.
  • Install components using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Secure products in place, ensuring stability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Conduct on-site adjustments and modifications as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers to coordinate installation activities and address any concerns or challenges that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed installations, materials used, and any issues encountered during the installation process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an installer - must have experience in both window and door installations.
  • Must be able to independently move or handle 100 lbs.
  • Work from ladder, scaffolding, and lifts is required.
  • Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent measuring and cutting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
